Established in 1964 as a small company trading in spare automotive parts, and has since developed into one of Qatar’s leading diversified private holding companies

Al Shaab International Trading Group

Established in 1962, Al Shaab Group has grown to become one of Qatar's leading players across a diversified range of commercial and trading activities.

The Gulf English School started as a nursery for children under the age of 3, from a small beginning in two villas, the school has rapidly developed and now occupies two large modern purpose built premises with all facilities available to educate students to a high standard.

Development of Souq Al Haraj, in Al Najma area

(now under Aamal Company QPSC)

Development of Souq Haraj in Al Najma was complete. Souq Al Haraj is a traditional souq comprising 376 shops and 24 residential flats. It now operates under Aamal Real Estate.

Al Arabia Land Transportation was established in 1996 and Is now known as Gettco Transport, and is considered a major supplier for construction companies and cement factories in Qatar, providing all types of heavy equipment including forklift, pickups and cranes.

Sheikh Faisal Bin Qassim Al Thani Museum

Established and opened in 1998, the Sheikh Faisal Museum holds a large diversified collection of unique and extraordinary artifacts from over 4 continents. This personal collection contains pieces from the Jurassic age through to the early Islamic period and up to the present day, across four themes: Islamic Art, Qatar Heritage, Vehicles, and Coins & Currency.

Stenden University established

Stenden University Qatar was established in 1998 by Al Faisal Holding and Stenden University Leeuwarden, The Netherlands. Stenden University Qatar offers three four-year degrees in business administration with majors in International Business and Management Studies, International Tourism Management and International Hospitality Management.

Real Services Qatar

(Currently under Aamal as Aamal Services)

Real Services Qatar was established in 1998 and is currently operating under Aamal Company as Aamal Services, providing a wide range of services including cleaning, hotel and hospitality services, waste collection and disposal (including medical waste and solid waste), ground maintenance and landscaping, pest control and fleet/ car washing.

Winter Wonderland

(Currently under Aamal)

Developed by Al Faisal Holding in 1998, and now under Aamal Company. Winter Wonderland is located in City Center Doha, offering a family-friendly place devoted to the pursuit of excitement, fun and comfort.

Opened in 2000 and was one of the first shopping malls in Doha. City Center Doha is widely regarded as the leading mall in Qatar, supported by its twin virtues of size and prime location in the heart of the West Bay area of Doha.

Gulf Rocks Company

(Currently operates under Aamal Company)

Gulf Rocks itself was established in 2000 and is a leading importer and provider of high-quality gabbro aggregates, which are widely used in concrete products.

Hepworth - Shareholder

Hepworth PME Qatar WLL was established in 2000 through a partnership between Hepworth PME LLC, Al Faisal Holding WLL, Ebrahim Al Neama & Sons Holding Group WLL and Intergroup WLL, and is the leading manufacturer and supplier in Qatar of quality thermoplastic piping systems to the building and construction, civil engineering and industrial market sectors.

Establishment of Aamal Company QPSC

Aamal Company was formed on 13th January 2001 as a private shareholding company with limited liability (W.L.L.) registered in the State of Qatar. On 2nd July 2007, Aamal Company became a public shareholding company and was listed on the Qatar Stock Exchange on 5th December 2007 with a paid up capital of QAR 3 billion, making it one of the largest public shareholding companies in Qatar.

Established in 2003, ARTIC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Al Faisal Holding and is headquartered in Qatar. The Company is engaged in real estate development, acquisitions and leasing. Its primary focus is on the hospitality sector and hospitality-related services with investments spread over MENA, Europe and the United States.

Previously known as Maintenance Management Service, Maintenance Management Solutions (MMS) is one of the leading facility management (FM) companies offering expertise in facility management, property management and energy services.

Frijns Structural Steel Middle East - Shareholder

Frijns Structural Steel - Middle East started operations in Qatar in 2007 by opening its first production facility in the region, which produces steel for the petrochemical and process industries, including all associated engineering, production, anti-corrosion, construction, and assembly work.

Fun City

(Currently operates under Aamal Company)

Located on the entertainment level of City Center Doha, Fun City is one of the first indoor amusement parks in Qatar, and is now known for its hi-tech entertainment, with a mixed range of rides.

Modern Central Laundry

MCL began its commercial operation and is considered the first ‘Green’ commercial laundry service in Qatar and is the largest and most advanced of its kind, representing a “new era” in the approach to and management of commercial laundry in the region.

Integrated Information Systems (IIS)

Integrated Information Systems Company (IIS) - Middle East was established in 2007 to provide a range of Information Technology solutions and services to businesses of all types including trading, services, manufacturing, financial services, health, insurance, transportation and communication.

Gettco Custom Clearance originally established

(aka Gettco Freight)
