Held the position of Associate Policy Analyst at Qatar Foundation from 2003 to 2006. Held the position of Senior Credit Manager at The Ritz-Carlton Company from 2002 to 2003, and Senior Credit Manager from 2001 to 2002.

Abdulrazaq Al-Kuwari

Appointed as Chief Strategy Officer & Head of Investments of Al Faisal Holding in 2021, overseeing Group Investment Strategy, M&A activities and Strategic Partnerships.

His experience spans over 22 years of senior leadership in Investment Management, Private Equity, and Cross-border Expansion. He Serves as a Board Member in Technology, Consumer, Contracting, Manufacturing, Real Estate and Healthcare businesses. Prior to joining Al Faisal Holding,

Mr. Mahmoudy assumed several executive roles including Partner at Capital Trust / The EuroMena Funds and Booz Allen Hamiton/Booz & Company, leading several large-scale programs across the GCC.

Mr. Mahmoudy Holds Bachelor of Engineering and Master of Engineering degrees from the American University of Beirut, an MBA from INSEAD.

Ali Mahmoudy

Chief Strategy Officer

Appointed as Group Chief Legal Officer at Al Faisal Holding, Fouad leads the Group’s legal strategy and advises the Board and senior leadership on complex corporate, real estate, construction, and commercial matters across its diverse business sectors.

Prior to joining Al Faisal Holding, he spent 12 years as Head of Legal at Emaar Malls PJSC, where he oversaw legal strategy for major development projects and high-value commercial transactions in the UAE and internationally.

Earlier in his career, Fouad held senior legal leadership roles, including Head of Legal and Board Member at a leading Dubai-based conglomerate, managing multi-jurisdictional legal matters across the GCC and Europe.

He is registered with the Beirut Bar Association and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law, with advanced Master’s-level studies in Private and Penal Law, supported by extensive professional development and certifications.

Fouad W. Jardak

Chief Legal Officer

Appointed as Group Chief Human Capital Officer in Aug 2024.

Previously held the position of Sr HR director for Teeba, subsidiary of Almarai FMCG from 2019 to 2024.

He has held senior leadership roles across multiple industries in Jordan, the GCC, Lebanon, Iraq, and Algeria spanning FMCG, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, home appliances, banking, and diversified holding groups, working closely with executive leadership to align human capital strategies with business objectives.
