‘ARTIC’ announces the opening of ‘Sheraton Istanbul City Center Hotel’

 

 

Doha 19 November 2019: Al Rayyan Tourism Investment “ARTIC”, one of the leading international hotel investment companies, announces the opening of the Sheraton Istanbul City Center Hotel, the latest addition to ARTIC’s growing investment portfolio.

 

Located in the vibrant Beyoğlu district in the European side of Istanbul, Sheraton Istanbul City Center Hotel features 254 spacious guestrooms, a restaurant and a lobby lounge, as well as seven meeting rooms, including a 702 sqm ballroom, and a Sheraton Club Lounge. Facilities also include a gym, an indoor swimming pool and spa, and a Turkish Hammam. The Hotel has been awarded the “LEED or New Construction” Gold certificate by the U.S. Green Building Council.

ARTIC Appoints Marriott International to Operate its City Center Hotel

Doha, Qatar – 27 April 2019: Al Rayyan Tourism Investment Company (ARTIC), one of the leading international hotel investment companies, today announced that it has appointed Marriott International to operate its City Centre hotel in Doha.  From May 1, 2019, under the management of Marriott International the property currently branded the Shangri-La Hotel, Doha, will be rebranded as JW Marriott Marquis City Centre Doha.

Each year the American Automobile Association (AAA) announces its prestigious list of hotels and restaurants across the U.S., Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean, which have received a Four or Five Diamond Rating for excellence during the previous year.

ARTIC and Swiss-Belhotel International Sign Management Agreement for Swiss-Belinn Doha

Doha, Qatar: Al Rayyan Tourism Investment Company ‘ARTIC’, one of the leading international hotel investment companies, and Swiss-Belhotel International have announced the signing of a management agreement for the Swiss-Belinn Doha in Qatar. This beautiful 129-room hotel is among the very few internationally managed 3-star hotels in Doha and is expected to be operational by April 2019. The signing also marks Swiss-Belhotel International’s expansion in Doha in advance of the 2022 World Cup.
